• Learning & Academic Progress: Lessons completed, course enrollment history, video watch timestamps, revision note downloads, and issued course certificate reference records.
• Community Contributions: Questions and answers posted in course doubt forums, ratings and feedback submitted for courses, and contact messages sent to our team.
• Technical & Usage Metrics: Device architecture, browser type, screen resolution, IP address, and compilation requests sent through our in-browser Code Playground.

We use your information strictly for educational, security, and platform enhancement purposes:

• To manage your student profile and enable seamless authentication across all devices.
• To track lesson progress, unlock subsequent modules, and generate authentic completion certificates.
• To run and display the results of your code executions in the online compiler.

• Firebase (Google Cloud): Used for secure user authentication, Cloud Firestore database storage, and encrypted profile media storage.
• Cloudinary: Used for optimized image and course thumbnail delivery.
• YouTube API: Embedded lecture video tutorials stream directly from our official YouTube channel (subject to YouTube's Terms of Service).
• Transactional Email Delivery: Secure automated mailers deliver verification OTPs directly to your registered inbox.

Your information is safeguarded with robust technical measures including industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest through Google Cloud infrastructure. All database operations adhere to strict role-based Firebase Firestore security rules ensuring students can only view or modify their authorized data.

While no transmission over the internet is completely infallible, we maintain strict monitoring against unauthorized access and never store plain-text passwords on our servers.

Coding Ka Maza uses lightweight cookies and local storage tokens for:

• Session Authentication: Keeping you logged in securely while navigating lessons and modules.
• UI Preferences: Saving your Dark / Light theme selection and editor layout preferences.

• Certificate Authenticity: Issued certificates remain permanently verifiable via their reference ID unless revoked for academic malpractice.
