By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the services provided by Coding Ka Maza (including our website, video lessons, in-browser compiler, course materials, notes, and certificate verification services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

Coding Ka Maza provides structured, beginner-to-advanced computer programming and software development education delivered in Hinglish. Our offerings encompass:

• Structured video playlists and step-by-step modular lessons (C, Java, Python, DSA, etc.).
• In-browser Code Playground and multi-language compilation runners.
• Downloadable lecture notes, source codes, and problem practice sets.
• Student progress tracking, community doubts forum, and peer reviews.
• Verified course completion digital certificates.

When creating an account on Coding Ka Maza:

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information regarding your identity and email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials, passwords, and OTP verification codes.
• Account sharing, credential distribution, or unauthorized access attempts using another user's identity is strictly prohibited.
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized breach or access to your account.

All original course content—including video lectures, written tutorials, handwritten and digital notes, branding logos, illustrations, design systems, and curriculum outlines—are the proprietary intellectual property of Coding Ka Maza and its founders.

Our in-browser compiler and playground is provided to empower learners with fast, frictionless coding practice. You agree to use this facility ethically:

• No Malicious Code: You must not execute fork bombs, infinite recursive network requests, cryptocurrency miners, or destructive file system payloads.
• No Platform Exploitation: Any attempt to circumvent sandboxes, initiate Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, or inject unauthorized scripts will result in an immediate permanent ban and IP blacklisting.
• Fair Resource Allocation: Compilation processes are subject to CPU execution time limits and memory caps to ensure smooth performance for all active learners.

Upon satisfactory completion of all curriculum criteria and required lessons for eligible courses, students may be granted an authentic Coding Ka Maza Digital Certificate of Completion.

• Each certificate contains a cryptographically recorded reference code verifiable publicly on our verification portal (/certificates/verify-certificate).
• Any attempt to forge, modify, fabricate, or tamper with certificate codes or student credentials will lead to immediate revocation and reporting.

Our doubt forums and comment sections are designed to be safe, encouraging spaces for students:

• Treat fellow students and mentors with mutual respect and professionalism.
• Do not post spam, promotional links, offensive remarks, harassment, or plagiarized assignments.
• Our moderation team reserves the right to remove any inappropriate question, response, or review without prior notice.

All courses and compiler tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for pedagogical perfection, Coding Ka Maza does not guarantee specific job placements, interview offers, or exam grades through course completion alone.

In no event shall Coding Ka Maza or its instructors be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from server downtime, code compilation delays, or reliance on materials provided.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising from these terms or your use of Coding Ka Maza shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in West Bengal, India.
